Bachelor in Medical Physics, Master and Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu (IBB), São Paulo State University (UNESP). Currently a postdoctoral researcher under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Erick da Cruz Castelli, focusing on the development of methodologies for whole-genome sequencing using the Oxford Nanopore platform and bioinformatics strategies for data analysis. He is a collaborating faculty member in the Graduate Program in Biological Sciences (Genetics) at IBB/UNESP. From 2015 to 2022, he worked in the Department of Chemical and Biological Sciences at IBB/UNESP under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Willian Fernando Zambuzzi, integrating the research group on Mineralized Tissue Biology, Biomaterials, and Biotechnology. He is the author of the tidyspec, previewDeconv, and osteoclust software packages, focused on data analysis in bioinformatics and spectroscopy. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
