I hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the Federal University of São Carlos (2017) and a master's degree in Organizational Management, Leadership, and Decision-Making from the Federal University of Paraná (2022). Currently, I am a PhD student in Business at the same institution, focusing on Marketing. I am also a visiting researcher at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst, contributing to advanced studies in marketing, sales, and strategic management.
