Victor T. Noppeney holds a Master of Science degree from the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at the São Carlos School of Engineering (EESC-USP), where he conducted research on transparency control for exoskeleton robots. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the same institution, having worked as an undergraduate research assistant at both EESC-USP and the Center for Exact Sciences and Technology (CCET-UFSCar). Currently, he is a Resident Researcher at the University of São Paulo, participating in a project in cooperation with Petrobras (B3: PETR3, PETR4), focused on the development and application of robots with different morphologies for the inspection of oil extraction and refining plants.
