This project proposes the investigation of qualitative properties of solutions of elliptic partial differential equations, such as symmetry, optimal decay, stability, mainly associated with standing wave solutions for the Hartree and Schrödinger equations.
This project studies the geometry of integrable systems and their relation with torus actions on symplectic manifolds. The main goal of the project consists on the study of the Arnold-Liouville Theorem and its applications to symplectic geometry and classical mechanics. (AU)
