Lianet Hernández Pardo

Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Frankfurt, Germany. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry in Mainz, Germany. She obtained her PhD in Meteorology in 2020, with a FAPESP scholarship, from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE, São José dos Campos/SP, Brazil). She undertook a sandwich internship at NCAR in Boulder, Colorado. She holds a master's degree in Meteorology from INPE and a bachelor's degree in Meteorology from the Higher Institute for Technologies and Applied Sciences (Havana, Cuba). Her research focuses on cloud microphysics processes and convection dynamics, with an emphasis on numerical modeling of these processes. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
