Antonio Theophilo is a researcher at Renato Archer Information Technology Center (CTI), a research institute of the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovations (MCTI). He got his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Institute of Computing/UNICAMP in 2022 and is currently involved with projects and research in the fields of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science in 2002 at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and completed his master's degree in 2005 at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), studying and researching Networks and Distributed Systems. He has over 27 years of experience in IT, having worked on diverse projects, from programming and development of corporate systems to infrastructure, computer networks, information security, artificial intelligence, and teaching.
