He holds a BA in Social Sciences and a Master's in Social Anthropology from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Between 2018 and 2021, he developed the research "Affront, do it, move yourself! An ethnography of the black LGBT scene in the City of São Paulo" with funding from FAPESP (process n.18 / 02183-9). Between 2019 and 2020 he was Visiting Scholar at New York University, where he conducted a survey "The LGBT struggle is not that pink world": about contemporary black LGBTQ activism in São Paulo and New York "under the supervision of Professor Dylon Lamar Robbins and support from FAPESP (process n. 19 / 14435-5), currently a doctoral student in the Graduate Program at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and member of group "How does race migrate?". sexual and gender diversity, intersectionality, black queer studies, anthropology of art, bodies in performance, social movements, migration, mobility, nation and State.
