Research focuses on the growing demands for decolonizing global health. Contributes to the project Social Mobilization as a Policy-Making Lever? A Trans-Atlantic COVID-19 Dialogue on Community Action and Decentralized Governance, and to the USP Research Center in Health Law. Former member of the Working Group on the WHO Pandemic Agreement and the Reform of the International Health Regulations (Fiocruz/USP, 2022-2025), and of the Brazilian team for the Lancet Commission on Fragmentation and Synergies among Global Health Agendas (2018-2022). São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) fellow at the undergraduate (2018-2019), masters (2020-2022), and doctoral levels (2023-2028), with a research internship at the University of Toronto (2024-2025).
