Graduated in Biochemical Pharmacy from the University of São Paulo (1994), Master's (2004) and Doctorate (2008) in Food Sciences from the University of São Paulo. He has experience in the field of Pharmacy, with an emphasis on Experimental Nutrition, working mainly on the following topics: bioavailability, calcium, bone, iron and fructooligosaccharides. She developed a post-doctorate with the theme "Bioaccessibility of Metals in edible insect larvae" at the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research at the University of São Paulo between 2017 and 2018. Between 2018 and 2023 she was the researcher responsible for two PIPE projects - PIPE 1 and PIPE 2 (FAPESP Innovative Research in Small Businesses Program). She is a founding partner and CEO of the company Metamorphosis Biotechnology Pesquisas Científicas Ltda, a specialist in breeding the edible insect Tenebrio molitor.
