Birthplace: Brazil

I have a Master's in Social Anthropology from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), where I also completed my undergraduate degree. I'm a member of the Laboratory of the Anthropology of Religion (LAR), having research related to the feminist activism of the NGO Católicas pelo Direito de Decidir (Catholics for the Right to Decide) during my undergraduate studies. During my Master's, I developed research about the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of Panic Disorder in a spirituality outpatient clinic as part of the project Espiritualidade Institucionalizada (Institutionalized Spirituality). Currently, I'm studying for a PhD in Social Anthropology at UNICAMP and working on the process of implementation of mindfulness as a therapeutic practice in secular environments. Among my research interest topics are religion, spirituality, anthropology of the body, anthropology of science, health, and the intersection between gender and religion. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
