Matías Nahuel Ellena

Graduated in Chemistry with an emphasis in Fundamental Chemistry in 2021 at the Institute of Chemistry of São Calos (IQSC) at USP, Brazil.Undertook a Scientific Initiation with a FAPESP scholarship, from March/2019 to March/2020, in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Ecotoxicology and Biochemistry at the LaQuAAE laboratory on the topic "Determination of the insecticide Fipronil and its effects at sublethal doses on stingless bees Melipona scutella".Started his master's degree in Biomolecular Physics at the Institute of Physics of São Carlos (IFSC) with a FAPESP scholarship at USP in September 2021.His studies are focused on Electron CryoMicroscopy (Cryo-EM) and the development of high resolution protein structures, especially from the hemocyanin of Chilean mollusk Concholepas Concholepas (CCH), gaining experience in a wide range of methods from analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, biophysics and structural biology.
