Ieda Francischetti

Graduated in Medicine in Marília Medical Faculty(1990) and MSc in Medical Surgery Bases and Experimental Surgery at the Medicine Faculty of Botucatu (2001). Held residency in General Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. Participated in research projects in 1992-1994 and 1998-2000, at the universities Johann Wolfgang Goethe and Albert Ludwigs, (Germany). She is currently professor in the Marília Medical School (Famema). In 2004 and 2005, she coordinated the Professional Practice Unit when devoted herself greatly to medical education with emphasis on active learning methodologies and the development of professional skills and competence. In 2006 and 2007, conducted a research project at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität (Frankfurt) related to inflammation / neutrophil function and use of extracorporeal circulation in heart surgery. In the framework of Experimental Surgery serves on the following subjects: pulmonary perfusion, ischemia-reperfusion and organ transplantation. In February 2010, completed a doctorate in General Surgery Bases and Experimental Surgery.. However, from February 2008 to December 2013, developed activities in the area of medical education and worked as coordinator of the Teaching Development Program of Famema (Marilia Medical Faculty).Since December 2010 she is teaching at the Professional Master in "Health Education" of Famema which is also a member of the Board. Her research line is: "Professional development in healthcare: from Graduation to Practice".From 2019 to 2020 she developed her postdoutorate at the Charitè Universitätsmedizin - Berlin in medical education, professional practice assessment in competence based curriculum. 2020-2021, she occuped a position of Undergaduation Director in Famema and since then she has been Chief of Staff of the general board of Famema.
