Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelor's degree in Medical Physics from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Institute of Biosciences, Botucatu campus (IBB). Holds research experience (undergraduate research fellowships) in the field of nanomaterials, with projects focused on biomedical applications. Obtained a Masters degree from the Graduate Program in Biotechnology at the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu UNESP, with a dissertation centered on the development of aptamer-based sensors integrated into electrochemical platforms for monitoring biomarkers and cellular activity in prostate cancer cells. Earned a Ph.D. in Human Biotechnology through the same graduate program, with emphasis on tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, during which developed bioinks for bone tissue applications. Additionally, holds international training experience through the FAPESP-funded Research Internship Abroad Program (BEPE) at Wake Forest University, specifically at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. There, engaged in comprehensive training in additive manufacturing techniques with a focus on bone biomaterials and contributed to the development of organ-on-a-chip systems designed for real-time monitoring of the metabolic activity of liver organoids via integration of biosensors into such systems. Currently seeking a postdoctoral or research position at academic or industrial research institutions. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
