He specializes in the planning, coordination, and execution of research and development (RD) projects in strategic sectors such as Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Aerospace and Defense (AD), Oil and Gas (OG), Mining, Automotive, Agribusiness, and Energy.He has expertise in the design and implementation of solutions based on **Open RAN**, IoT networks, and Generative Artificial Intelligence, applying advanced methodologies for optimizing telecommunications infrastructure, process automation, and the development of intelligent applications.
