Isabela holds a PhD in Kinesiology, Nutrition and Rehabilitation, University of Illinois, Chicago, USA (2018). Specialist in Adapted Physical Activity and Health, Universidade Estácio de Sá (2014) Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2012) and Bachelor of Education in Physical Education (2013), Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Completed one year of her undergraduate program at the Universidade de Coimbra and at the Universidade do Porto, Portugal (2010). Isabela's research focuses on evaluating behavioural interventions, promoting healthy lifestyles, physical activity and health promotion among children, adolescents and older adults; and the use of technology for health promotion.
