PhD in Food Science at UNICAMP. I did a PhD sandwich in chemometrics applied to coffee data with Prof. Federico Marini at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". I also worked in the food industry for three years, acquiring an industrial viewpoint for my academic applications. I have currently published around 24 papers in journals such as FOOD CHEMISTRY, TALANTA, MICROCHEMICAL JOURNAL, FOOD RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL, JOURNAL OF FOOD COMPOSITION AND ANALYSIS, ANALYST, and CHEMOMETRICS AND INTELLIGENT LABORATORY SYSTEMS.
