Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Campinas, School of Medical Sciences. My research focuses on genomic analysis, ancestry, population structure of human populations, as well as case-control studies in populations affected by neurological diseases. I have an interdisciplinary background in biology, computing, and technology. I hold a Master's and a PhD in Sciences from the University of São Paulo, with an emphasis on the pathogen-host relationship.Throughout my career, I have led high-impact projects involving the analysis of large-scale data sets (Big Data), predictive modeling, machine learning, integration of multiomic data, and strategic communication of results to diverse audiences.My previous experience includes the National Computer Laboratory (2014), the Institut Pasteur de Montevideo (2015), the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and the Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health with a Fulbright scholarship (2018-2019), and the most recent at the Wellocme Sanger Institute (2023-2024). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
