Luiza Del Poz dos Santos

She is a doctoral student in the Postgraduate Program in Italian Language, Literature and Culture at the University of São Paulo (USP) with a scholarship under Capes' DS program. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages - Portuguese and Italian - also from USP. She is a member of the research groups "Language, Identity and Memory: Italians in Brasil" (GLIM) and "(Inter)linguistic, cross-cultural and intercultural pragmatics" (GPP). She studies the pragmatic-discursive construction of identity by (descendants of) Italian migrants in Brasil and especially in São Paulo. She is an assistant at the Revista de Italianística (USP).
