Luiza Del Poz dos Santos

She is a doctoral student in the Postgraduate Program in Italian Language, Literature and Culture at the University of São Paulo (USP) with a scholarship under Capes' DS program. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages - Portuguese and Italian - also from USP. She is a member of the research groups "Language, Identity and Memory: Italians in Brasil" (GLIM) and "(Inter)linguistic, cross-cultural and intercultural pragmatics" (GPP). She studies the pragmatic-discursive construction of identity by (descendants of) Italian migrants in Brasil and especially in São Paulo. She is an assistant at the Revista de Italianística (USP) and an Italian teacher at the Guarulhos branch of the Centro Britânico de Idiomas. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
