PhD in Food Science at the State University of Campinas. I have completed a Sandwich PhD at the University of Almería (Almería, Spain) - Research Center for Mediterranean Intensive Agrosystems and AgriFood (CIAMBITAL). I hold a master's degree in Food Science from the State University of Campinas (2020), a bachelor's degree in Food Technology from the Federal University of Technology Paraná (2017), and a technical degree in Biotechnology from the National Service for Industrial Learning (2015). I have experience in the fields of Food Science and Technology and Analytical Chemistry, focusing mainly on the following topics: development and validation of analytical methods associated with low- and high-resolution liquid and gas chromatography for food analysis and the determination of contaminants in food matrices; edible films and coatings; and microencapsulation.
