Holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering (2020), a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (2015), and a bachelors degree in Control and Automation Engineering (2012), all from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She was a visiting Ph.D. student at ETH Zurich for one year, working with motion planning and control for wheeled-legged robots. Her doctorate thesis was awarded the first place at the Concurso de Teses e Dissertações em Robótica (CTDR) 2020, from the Brazilian Computation Society (SBC). Since 2013, she works as a researcher at the Research Center on Inspection Technology (CPTI/PUC-Rio), working with research and development in the field of Non-Destructive Testing, Risers Inspection, Embedded Systems, and Control. She is currently a post-doctorate researcher at São Paulo University (USP), working with motion planning and control for quadrupedal robots in unstructured environments. She was also an assistant professor of Control Systems in the Electrical Engineering Department of PUC-Rio. She has experience in the field of Electronics, Modeling and Control of Dynamic Systems, Rigid Body Dynamics, and Mobile Robotics for Rough Terrain Applications. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
