PhD in the Genetics from FMRP - University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP - 2021). Has a Bachelor's degree and teacher licensure in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (FFCLRP-USP - 2013), and a master's degree in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP - 2016). Worked on research projects focused on flower development of the model species Nicotiana tabacum. Experienced in techniques for the study of protein-protein interactions as well as bioinformatics tools to study gene and transcript expression, and phylogenetic relationships between amino acid sequences. Currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" (ESALQ) - USP, focusing on genetic mechanisms of abiotic stress tolerance in extremohile plants in search for elements that might aid in the climate resilience of crops.
