Social scientist graduated from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), with an academic background in Political Science, particularly in Public Policy. Additionally, he served as general manager at the Brazilian Policy Agendas Project (BPAP), based at the School of Arts, Sciences, and Humanities (EACH). Currently, he is pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics (ESALQ) and was a researcher funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), having completed his master's degree in the Graduate Program in Public Policy Management at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a sandwich period at the Department of Political Science at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC).
