I graduated as a food technician and am currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Metabolism. During my tenure as a FAPESP TT2 fellow, I acquired valuable skills in physical-chemical analysis, pet snack production, and operation of spray dryers. My primary interest lies in the intersection of food, nutrition, and health, aiming to contribute to the advancement of research and practices that enhance well-being and quality of life.
