Biologist with a Bachelors degree (2018) and Teaching (2017) from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM-RS, Brazil). Holds a Masters degree in Gerontology (2018) and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology (2022) from the same institution. Completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pharmacology at São Paulo State University (UNESP), investigating cellular senescence markers and endothelial dysfunction associated with preeclampsia. My academic background encompasses research in inflammation, pharmacology, and biotechnology, focusing on non-communicable chronic diseases, including the evaluation of bioactive molecules from the Amazonian diet. During my Ph.D., I developed an alternative experimental model to study mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in the central nervous system using Eisenia fetida (earthworms). I served as Research Coordinator (2023) at the Center for Research, Education, and Technological Development (GERONTEC) in Manaus, Brazil, where I led projects involving in vitro and in vivo research, nanotechnology, biomarkers, and clinical trials. I have experience in cell culture, biochemistry, spectrophotometry, fluorimetry, and histology, as well as teaching scientific methodology and aging biology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
