Graduated in Control and Automation Engineering from the Federal Institute of São Paulo (2019). He has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on microelectronics from Universidade Estadual Paulista, with a dissertation defended on 07/2022, with support from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). Studying Electrical Engineering at doctoral level with an emphasis on semiconductor devices at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), with support from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). He has experience in the area of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on microelectronics, working mainly on device simulation and characterization of High Electron Mobility Transistors of the Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor type (MISHEMT) and other technologies.
