Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Faculdade de Saúde Pública (FSP)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Black, queer and - depending on the frame of reference - peripheral. A product of community prep courses and social collectives. My research and studies focus on themes related to gender, sexualities, sexual practices, LGBTQIAP+ rights, and public health. Ph.D. student in Public Health and Master in Public Health from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo (FSP-USP) and a degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Amaro(UNISA-SP). As a member of the Research Collective in Anthropology and Health (CPaS-1), I bridge academia and activism. I volunteer as a psychologist at CRD and Pela Vidda-SP, offering care for LGBTQIAP+ people, those living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), and unhoused populations. I also help organize BAPHORAU - Body and Health Arts Meeting, an event at FSP-USP exploring intersections of anthropology, art, and health. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
