Master's degree in Food Engineering and Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2020) and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Food Engineering and Science from the same University. Participates in projects in the area of Food Engineering with emphasis on Bioprocesses in the development of research on the following topics: valorization of agroindustrial resources, protein enrichment, the solid-state fermentation, submerged fermentations with yeast, cultures with microalgae, magnetic fields, extraction and recovery of microbial pigments.
