PhD candidate in Organic and Biological Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (University of São Paulo USP), conducting research on organ-on-a-chip models for applications in Personalized Medicine using three-dimensional cell culture systems. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), where she participated in undergraduate research in neurobiology (LBCG), investigating the role of central nervous system cells in disease and development, and in applied microbiology (LABEM), focusing on the development of plant bioinoculants. Also worked with the Minerva Rockets group as Biological Experiments Manager, developing microfluidic platforms for microbiological experiments in CubeSats. Currently conducting part of her doctoral research at the HUN-REN Biological Research Centre (Szeged, Hungary), funded by a CNPq-SWE scholarship. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
