Gilberto Victor Coradi

Biologist and MSc in Applied Microbiology by Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and PhD Student in Science Foods by Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Worked in Max Rubner-Institut (Alemanha). I have experience in Industrial Microbiology, Enzymology and Biochemistry, especially in production and characterization of enzymes produced by microorganisms. Worked as a Microbiology Technician at the Brazilian Collection of Environment and Industry Micro-organisms (CBMAI), and I am responsible for the isolation, cultivation, molecular identification and maintenance of strains from the culture collection, elaboration of standard operating procedures and documents related to the quality management system.Currently is a Microbiologist responsible for Collection's curating at the CRM (Microbial Resources Center) at the Institute of Biosciences, Unesp Rio Claro. Works on the isolation, cultivation, identification (morphological and molecular), and preservation of strains belonging to the CRM Collection, as well as other microbiological analyses.
