Graduated in Biological Sciences from the State University of Campinas (1997), Master in Pathology Oral-Dental Biology from the State University of Campinas (2000), PhD in Oral-Dental Biology from the State University of Campinas (2002) and Postdoctoral Fellow in Mutagenesis the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, FMRP-USP (2010). Currently, I am working as Adjunct Professor in the School of Dentistry at Araraquara - UNESP, Univ Estadual Paulista, responsible for teaching Human Genetics. Have experience in dentistry, with emphasis on Genetics Susceptibility to Periodontal Disease with or without Diabetes and Dyslipidemia, particularly investigating: genetic polymorphisms and their functionality, gene expression, Immunogenetics, dysmorphology and Down Syndrome.
