Professor of International Relations at Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados. Graduated at International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (Unesp, 2007). Master in International Relations and Development by the Social Sciences Programe from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (Unesp, 2010). Visiting Scholar (2017-2018) at Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University. Phd Political Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp). He has experience in International Relations and Political Science, focusing on International Politics, acting on the following subjects: human rights and international organizations.
