Forest Engineer (USP / ESALQ-2009), MSc in Remote Sensing (INPE / 2012) and PhD student in Earth System Science (INPE). GIS specialist at FUNCATE, where she works on the "Environmental Monitoring of Brazilian Satellite Biomes" Project, which main objectives are the development and implementation of deforestation systems monitoring for the Atlantic Forest, Caatinga, Pampa and Pantanal and the estimation of CO2 associated with deforested areas to construct a national forest reference emissions level (FREL) to meet the national REDD + strategy. She coordinated, at FUNCATE (2013-2015), the execution of the Third Brazilian Inventory of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals from the LULUCF Sector for UNFCCC.
