Doctor's degree in Social Psychology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Masters degree in Psychology at the same university and graduate in Psychology at the São Paulo State University (Unesp). Member of the research grupo Margens ways of life, family and gender relations (UFSC). Currently has been awarded a scholarship from the CAPES foundation, an agency under the Ministry of Education of Brazil, in order to conduct part of his doctoral research as an academic visitor at the Discourse Unit - Centre for Qualitative and Theoretical Research on the Reproduction and Transformation of Language, Subjectivity and Practice, in Manchester, England. Has experience in Critical Social Psychology, acting on the following subjects: sex market, male sex workers, subjectivity studies (Foucault, Deleuze, Guattari), politics of the body and politics of the sexualities, gender studies, queer studies, feminist theories, critical theories.
