Bruna Potechi

Social Scientist with emphasis in Social Anthropology from the Federal University of São Carlos (2010), master (2013) and PhD (2018) in Social Anthropology by the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology of the Federal University of São Carlos. During her doctorate, she was visiting PhD Student at The University of Edinburgh under the guidance of Professor Janet Carsten (2015-2016) through the Sandwich Abroad PhD Program funded by CAPES and visiting researcher at CRIA - ISCTE -IUL in Lisbon under the supervision of Professoa Antónia Pedroso de Lima (2017-2018) with FAPESP funding. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at PPGAS-UFSCar with funding from the Institutional Program of Internationalization (PrInt) of CAPES. She is a researcher at LEM, Laboratory of Migration Studies at UFSCar. He has experience in Anthropology, having performed ethnography of the legislative process, with interest in person, kinship, gender, laws and documents. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
