Flávio Augusto Sanches Politi

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), both a bachelor's and a teaching degree (2006). Has experience in various areas of Biology, with an emphasis on Botany and Microbiology. Obtained a Master's degree from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Araraquara, São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (FCFAR-UNESP), with a CNPq scholarship (2009). Holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (CAPES 6) with a project funded by FAPESP, obtained in 2012, having developed work in the areas of Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry, Microbiology, Parasitology, among others. Completed a Post-Doctorate at the Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara (IQ-UNESP) in partnership with EMBRAPA Pecuária Sudeste, funded by FAPESP, completed in 2017. In 2018, completed a second Post-Doctorate with a PDJ/CNPq scholarship, with the collaboration of IFSC-USP/São Carlos and UNICAMP. In December 2022, completed a second doctorate through the Graduate Program in Biosciences and Biotechnology Applied to Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Araraquara, São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (CAPES 7), acquiring a PhD in Biosciences with an emphasis on Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology. Worked as a researcher at the deeptech NP, acting on the development and characterization of nanostructured systems for application in the agricultural sector (CNPQ/MCTI/SEMPI Scholarship No. 021/2021 RHAE).
