This study will be conducted to evaluate the performance, carcass traits and production cost of growing beef cattle and buffaloes receiving or not supplementation on pasture. This project will be developed in order to evaluate carcass characteristics related to quality and meat yield in different anatomical carcass of cattle. Eighty Nellore animals will be used, with 40 males and 40 castrated males, recreated the pasture and feedlot.
