He has experience in the areas of Cellular and Computational Biology, working on the following topics: cell culture and immunofluorescence techniques; bioprospecting and bioassays; analysis of (bio)images; and computer vision. Participated in the Mathematical Modeling group at the Center for Translational Investigation in Oncology (CTO) of the Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo (ICESP), Dept. of Radiology and Oncology at the USP Medical School (FMUSP). He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Computational Systems Biology Laboratory (CSBL) at the Institut Pasteur de São Paulo (USP), in spatial transcriptomics projects and new diagnostic methods for tropical diseases based on artificial intelligence.
