Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Pernambuco (1983). Master in Architecture and Urbanism at the School of Engineering in São Carlos University of São Paulo (1993). PhD in Architecture and Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism University of São Paulo (1998). Currently teaches at Escola da Cidade and at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism University of São Paulo. Experienced in Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis on Planning and Building Projects, performing in the following issues: Architecture, Urban Planning, Architectural Design, and Urban Design. Has been designing projects in her own practice since 1984. From 2002 untill 2019 she was been president of Escola da Cidade Association School of Architecture and Urbanism of São Paulo.
