Leny Rodrigues Martins Teixeira

Graduated in Pedagogy from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1968), Masters in School Psychology and Human Development from the University of São Paulo (1983) and PhD in School Psychology and Human Development from the University of São Paulo (1992). Post-Doctorate at Université Paris Descartes, Paris V, France (Scholarship holder CNPq). She is currently a professor at the Postgraduate Program in Education at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Presidente Prudente (SP). She has experience in the field of Psychology, with an emphasis on School Psychology and Teacher Training, guiding works on the following topics: school learning, learning of mathematical concepts, teaching and learning and teacher training. She is a member of the Research Group Teaching and Learning as an Object of Teacher Education (GPEA).
