Lauro Wichert-Ana, MD, PhD, is Associated Professor of Nuclear Medicine in the Department of Image Sciences, Hematology and Clinical Oncology, Center for Imaging Sciences and Health Physics, Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine, University of São Paulo (HC-FMRP-USP) and Scholarship holder of Productivity in Research of the National Brazilian Research Center (CNPq). He is the Technical Director of the SUPERA Innovation and Technology Park of Ribeirão Preto - PMRP-SP. He is president of the Board of SUPERA Incubadora de Startups and Member of the Scientific Technical Board of SUPERA Parque. He is graduated in Medicine by the Federal University of Uberlândia (1985-1991), Medical Residence in Neurology and Neurophysiology by HC-FMRP-USP (1993-1996), Master Degree by FMRP-USP (2000), Medical Residence in Nuclear Medicine by the HC-FMRP-USP (2001-2002) and Doctorate Degree by FMRP-USP (2005). In education, it gives lectures for the Medicine, Phonoaudiology, Medical Informatics, and Health Physics Graduation Courses. In Medical Assistence, he coordinates the SPECT Protocol of SPECT for the Epilepsy Surgery Center (CIREP), coordinates the Protocol of Functional Neuroimagem through the Nuclear Medicine, and is AD HC assessor in the area of Nuclear Medicine. In the extension, is publisher associated of " The Nuclear Open Medicine Journal" e " Journal of Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology" , AD HOC Referee of National and International Scientific Journals, and Member of the Ethics Commitee in Research of the HC-FMRP-USP, Member of the Committee of Legal Aspects of the Brazilian League Against Epilepsy (2009-2010), Scientific Member of theLibrary of Medical History of the HC-FMRP-USP and AD HOC Consultant consultant of the Rio de Janeiro Research Foundation and BIREME/LILACS. In the research he has contributed for projects in the fields of Nuclear Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, Epilepsy, Functional Neuroimaging, Computer Assisted Diagnosis (CAD) and the Development of Softwares to the Area of the Health.
