M.Sc (2014) and PhD (2018) in Food Science and Engineering, with emphasis in Food Engineering at São Paulo State University - UNESP. Wroked as post-doctoral researcher in Process Engineering at Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture - ESALQ, University of Sao Paulo - USP, being part of the Food Process Engineering Research Group (GeP). Experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Process Engineering, with application of power ultrasound, particulate systems, rheology and physical properties of food.
