Abstract

During a revision of Wunderlichia Riedel ex Benth. \& Hook. f., following a detailed analysis of plant material for taxonomic study, the need for lectotypification of four names was identified: W. azulensis Maguire \& G. M. Barroso and W. crulsiana Taub., both of which refer to only one specimen, but are mixed with W. mirabilis Riedel ex Baker; W. insignis Baill. and W. glaziovii Baker have six isotypes, none of them cited as holotype. The accepted synonyms of the species are listed. (AU)
