Abstract

Abstract In this paper, our objective is to analyze how categories such as nature (Natur) and labour process (Arbeitprozeß) can be used as foundations to study the ontology of the social being in Marx’s writings. The article is divided into two parts: in the first, the marxian reading of the question of nature in the philosophies of Hegel and Feuerbach is presented; in the second, we analyze the question of nature and the labour process in Marx’s texts.
