Abstract | |
We prove that it is consistent that there exists a MAD family A of cardinality omega(1) < c such that the Vietoris hyperspace of its Isbell-Mrowka space, CL(Psi(()A)), is pseudocompact. In the same model, there exist MAD families A(1), A(2) such that CL(Psi(A(1))) is pseudocompact but CL(Psi(A(2))) is not. (AU) | |
