A classification for wave models with time-dependent mass and integrable speed of propagation

Abstract

In the period of the visit within 12 and 23 November 2018, it is intended to do some progress in previous join works between the proponent and the visitor, in particular about the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the Cauchy problem for a class of Wave Equations with variable in time coefficients. In addition, the visitor will give some seminars and lectures on recent advances in his research. In these talks, it is expected to involve students and researchers from DCM (FFCLRP-USP), UFSCar and ICMC (USP) interested in the topic, in order to promote new collaborations, in particular, graduate students, and to contribute to the internationalization of the cited universities form the state of São Paulo.
