Abstract

The research proposal consists in the study of the "undone Transitional Justice in Brazil". Following the literature review and an analytical study of international Transitional Justice experiences involving corporate complicity, especially the Nazi Germany and the Argentinian Dictatorship, the proposal finds its purpose on learning from the History to help understanding the Brazilian own way. The research on corporate complicity aims to better comprehend the business network that financed and supported the Brazilian Dictatorship, discussing alternatives to attribute corporate moral responsibility and corporate liability caused by complicity. It applies the bibliographical analysis as method. (AU)
