Abstract

According to aeronautics standards, aircraft must be designed to withstand a lightning stike and keep flight-home capability. The increase of electronic systems in aircraft makes routing and shielding solution more complex, raising the demand of surge suppressor that can be installed in the aircraft during later stages of the project.
