Abstract

The Project for the utilization of the Reserva Tecnica Institucional 2017/18 for the IFUSP was designed for a 5-year period, with annual updating. The budget for the first year will be used to update and improve the Computing Center, the Central Workshop, and the Cryogenic Center. We also want to be able to invite outsatnding international physicists to talk to our faculty and students, improving the our international links and visibility. RTI income expected for the next years will be dedicated to projects to improve integration and sharing of both equipment and technical staff. A preliminary study has already been done and discussed with the community. During this first year, this preliminary study will be developed into a full project to increase the synergy among our research groups. (AU)
