Abstract

Automated air-conditioned lodging and plate imaging for protein crystallization, equipped with UV / visible light for differentiation of salt and protein crystals. The experiments are maintained for up to 4 months in the system with an automated and scheduled visualization routine following the Fibonacci series for 55 days (0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34 and 55). Additionally, if necessary, after this period, the plates can be analyzed as required by the user. The experiments can be accessed via Internet through links unique to each user. The equipment will be installed in the Laboratory of Structural Biology, not requiring adaptations of infrastructure . (AU)
